89. God and Me.


God and me are two sides of the same coin that doesnt exist, even though it feels very wrong to make such a statement. The statement should be seen in a simpler manner. Before one is curious about the reality of God, one must know his own reality as a person. If he thinks the person is real, then that real person will take it for granted that its thought of what God is -is real.
Now since the question is being asked, it raises a doubt, do 'I' exist as a person or otherwise. I know that I exist in some form and that cannot be denied. But a little investigation can blow the hood of the idea that " I exist as a person or individual to this body". So what then are 'we'. Are 'we' at all, as initially imagined as a person? Answer is 'no'.
The Fact is that 'I' exist, because there is knowing of all that there is and such knowing needs some mechanism to know. Call it intelligence of 'life'. Its precisely that intelligence that God is.
So I think I am, ( as a person) but all there is -is God, ( a capacity the knows existence in whichever way it depicts).
Coming to God and the statues. Imagine somebody’s body, preferably a live one, like that of a friend. What you perceive by your senses are colours, shapes, smell ( if he smells), tastes etc etc. You cant perceive any friend there, other than as an idea in thought, because there isn’t any other factors that show up there as a sensation depicting a friend. There is no sensation as a ‘friend’ which comes as a perception through these five senses from outside. Now the character that one feels to the body, is ‘mind’ generated. The ‘person’ that comes out of the scene as ‘from’ that body is mind generated ‘here’. Its actually not  there at all as any ‘input’from outside. Never was, never will be. So the 'person' that is being seen there, is in fact seen within the 'mind'. So you are not seeing the 'meanings' of the world there, but in your mind.
In fact all ‘persons’ to all bodies are ‘mind generated’ or ‘self generated’ ideas and not inputs from external perception. This just happens on its own within so called 'mind' or within self.. One cant generate it or refrain from generating it, as a matter of choice. Its life's magic to create an echo of itself as an individual or a bubble. Sometimes, re-cognition doesn't happen and one is at the mercy of the mind, to generate or not, a person to that body. It generates the friends, mothers, children, enemies etc etc and the whole world of objects, including God to the statue. It even generates a 'me' to this body that "I am' not reducible to.
From the time it generates the persons, that body is then seen as a ‘character’ rather than a 'form'. No more as a figure or pattern in time and space. The seeing now has a feel of ‘person’ and not as a feel of ‘form'. The life there is felt as 'person' and not as a animating 'life' energy of a form. This seeing of ‘a friend’ in place of a 'life energy' animating the form, is just a 'notion' happening effortlessly. So every time that figure comes into the perception, the ‘person’ is always recognised, and never the form. Similarly, we recognise ourselves as ‘me’ that is never there, and that too, all the time. This ‘me’ and ‘you’ is recognition of the ‘wholeness split as parts’ like that for a body, which is a ‘feel’ or notion.
Now take the whole of creation that is perceived at this moment. It includes all presences of objects, space, thoughts, feelings, emotions and whatever is happening ‘now’. Imagine that all this ‘is’ one body expressing itself. If you would have to ‘see  a person’ to such wholeness, which is a single aspect to the whole scene, inside and outside of all bodies, including yours, what would such a ‘person’ or idea of wholeness feel?
The split mind, playing the game of duality, is trained to cognise forms as objects, even though objectivity doesn't exist other than as an idea or thought. So we see the wholeness of creation as the world of individual objects. It feels real. 7 billion 'people', animals, earth and cosmos are ideas. God is included in our imagination to be felt as real, apart from us, just like father and mother.
What if ‘all’ of wholeness manifested as a ‘single’ aspect or ‘one’ character that cant be called a character?. What if, in such whole seeing, all ‘separate’ meanings as ‘persons’ and ‘things’ to inanimate shapes, fall away and all seems one 'movement', screaming your 'existing' as the knowing of IT. Such a scene where 'you' dissolve to let wholeness arise, the question of existence of God would appear to no-one, because such someone wanting to know itself disappeared.
Both ‘persons’ and ‘God’ are present ‘as’ an absence and all there is, is a cognition of wholeness. The mind ‘is’ the cognising and such cognising is cognised as if, of a split (separate) or whole mind.
The intelligence of mind, plays itself as cognition, and makes a feel of separateness or wholeness is an act of God.  So, we think we are, but only God is. Isness is God.

88. Particle and Wave.



There are many theories around Matter and Energy and their interlinking. It tries to explain, what exactly they ‘might’ be. If they are the same and not two, then what is the possibility of matter being pure energy or with the ‘matter’ effect as an appearance only.
Light is taken as a wave and also as a particle. It seems to behave as per the imagination of the perceiver. Or the perceiver imagines, that this is how it behaves when making a cause and effect analysis of light in motion or whatever, they he may want to explain what light can be as an object in existence. This begs a question that cause and effect is for a fact.
Lets us take a particle that is changing. Even before that, let us take the case of our palm as a fist. I change the pattern from fist to palm. Where did the fist go, and how did the palm come about?. No answer.
When we talk of movement, as in motion or change as in growth or ‘decay’, the explanation that can probability arise is that, particles are moving or appearing ‘to appear and disappear’, to feature such movement. But what seems true is that, whatever that moves has to get itself to disappear from previous reference and appear at the new reference, without which movement cannot happen. Similarly, change cannot happen, until the old disappear as to form the new. The fact that you cant have the new and the old, simultaneously, one has to sacrifice itself into the other format.
If we visualise movement or change as continued disappearing and appearing, there is a chance that it may be perceived as frames. To maintain a continuity, the absence of the particle should endure its presence somewhere, like in the psyche, so as not to reveal its absence and thereby maintain its presence. So it should ‘seem’ to trail ‘from’ the old reference ‘to’ the new reference. So the probability must play a part of the psyche to effect such a ‘trail’ of particle, as if, that trail was ‘felt’ like ‘movement’. So the particle has a wave effect, as the trail before making its physical appearance and also, gives a feel that the old particle itself still exists as the new. So while particles reincarnate, the wave keeps it alive, as a ‘feel’of the old, in the new. If this is proved for one particle of light, it is true with all particles, including the elephant, since all essence of all particles is the same essence. For examples, all protons, neutrons, electrons, photons, energy etc etc, have basically no fixed limitation as an essence, but seems to be an unlimited  and subtle essence, getting subtler, the deeper we try to know them, until nothing is left.
The objective perceiver as this body / mind, in the meantime is also a set of particles and is disappearing along with all other particles of objective creation, with whatever speed those are changing, and reappearing, along with the creation, with the wave in the psyche, of neither the perceiver as body mind nor the object called creation, but somewhere, unexplainable. But all  ‘is there’ somehow.
When the perceiver, as particle is seen simultaneously, with the objective particle, such particle of subject and object, seems to be there. However if for some reason, God forbid, there is a phase difference , where the observer particle has gone into the wave format, while the object particle made its presence as ‘the particle’ and the sequence continues, there would be no-observer as objective and the creation would be objective to a psyche, that is not ‘seen’ or felt objective, but is felt as a wave, or as somehow, unexplainable. Such an objective existence to only psyche, would feel like a dream. 
This is the position, of the enlightened, where there is a shift in perception, from psyche to particle or wave, viewing the particle, instead of subject –object, both viewed as particle.  The subject would feel his particle existence hazy or unexplained, but with a feel of ‘being there’ somehow. He would relate the same feel of the particle world also, depending on his own feel, as a psyche. So the target of getting enlightened is to slip the perception out of sequence.   If you can be more imaginative, there is a chance that you get enlightened, just like there is a chance when you meditate to slip into psyche zone. For a while, the outer world, as particle would also be perceived as its wave form. This is dream pure dream zone,  no subject to have an object and no object to have a subject, all that there is, somehow knows their existence. Existence is all there is and that is somehow known. Now all there is, is wave only. There must be an out of phase to understand the dream, as if something is happening. It is like twisting a balloon, and making two parts of one, as if one is subject and other the object. Then each believes in existence of oneself and also the other and the world of objects comes back. You become the particle and the world a wave, as if a dream and the world the particle as if a world of objects. By that time the knowing, by itself, has tasted its own nature as all that was, sometimes playing out a waking dream , sometimes a sleep  dream and normally a world of objects to a subject. When this is known, all there is, simply IS, with a sense of time and space and events, as if happening, magically, from just a wave pattern, behaving sometimes as dream and sometimes as world of objects taking part in seeming events, in time.
The knowing now, to the knowing that there always was, a knowing that Psyche zone was all there is.

87. Knowing and IT’s contents


We know ourselves and the world. At least we believe that we know. It’s actually a funny statement. To know ourselves, there must two of us. A subject know-er and an object known, just like we know the world, as if ‘we’ is the knower and world is the known. So ‘me’ becomes an object of a seemingly ‘I’ as subject.
Knowing plays its role in very subtle way. Knowing is the knower, it does the knowing, as if there were contents of knowing, but actually it’s just its knowing, and nothing more to it.
This leaves very little or no role at all for any object in the knowing, to be ‘a knower’, and this includes such an object, as ‘we’, as to who we think we are. Since an object in the knowing cannot be the knower, ‘we’ as objects cannot know. Then what knows?
Seems a trick question. Any answer would be wrong to this question, because the question lacks logic or reality, to be a fair question. It already assumes that something, as an object ( in the knowing, as there cannot be ‘one’ outside of knowing to be known) can know. What if there were not any ‘objects’ in the knowing at all and there was a possibility for such knowing of objects to happen, without any such ‘real’ objects, unless ‘mental’ ones. Bit confusing?
Take two statements – 1. Knowing of contents and      2. Contents of knowing.
These two statements may seem to mean the same but may be totally different from each other.
Knowing of contents, is a phrase we use. There is a visual knowing, audible knowing etc. The whole scene is one visual. The whole lot of sounds heard is one hearing etc. There is one content only,  Like a flower, even though seemingly made of petals, sepals etc, which is such a ‘whole’. Nobody understands or will never ever understand how such wholeness gets split. One beam of light, lighting up a movie screen produces an array of sub boundaries to one seeing, which is interpreted as people, trees, houses and not as ‘light’. Similarly, one seeing, perceived in consciousness, gets split up as roads, houses and cars and ‘we’. When the feel of ‘we’ gets to seem ‘real and separate’ from the rest of the seeing, it brings about ‘pieces’ of one seeing as separate contents of seeing.
There is ‘seeing’ which feels contents of seeing or we say, there is visual knowing and feels objects, separate from each other to such knowing. Knowing of contents seem factual and cannot be disputed, like putting finger in hot water and feeling it hot cannot be disputed. But, that there needs to be ‘real’ contents ‘to’ the knowing, apart and separate from it, is very tricky, even though it seems so. That is where ‘life’ is good at its job. Its pure magical or miraculous. The magician shows that there are contents seen and then there isn’t anything. In such a case, there was only seeing of contents magically, without contents being really there. It can be explained as hallucination, dreaming etc etc and in more of a way that an object of knowing ( as ‘we’) cannot anticipate, such knowing can make believe that ‘things’ exists ‘separately’ or outside of it. So knowing of contents is all that can be true than ‘contents  of knowing’,   as separate things, apart from the knowing of it, which, need not necessarily be. So knowing of contents is ‘what is’ and contents of knowing is ‘what is not’ ‘but’ feels so.
A visual of a snake in the TV, can make feel, fear at the body, without a ‘real’ snake there. So if the visual is accompanied by an emotion, the feel of reality to the apparent contents, make a feel of reality to ‘apparent’ contents.
So all there is, is knowing of contents ( split into many sensations like visual, audible, emotional, fearful, delightful, painful, boring, stomach-full, tasty, etc. Etc.) and such knowing happening as split into many types of knowing, separates wholeness into ‘parts’ of knowing. However all knowing is just ONE. Contents of knowing is only the play of the mind  ( which is another knowing too), as if there could be ‘such’ separate contents, separate from each other and also separate from knowing. There is a ‘focus’ which is filtering ‘parts’ of knowing as if to memory, and such memory is only the experience of ‘such focus’ as if others were not part of it. This is possible, only when a ‘story’ is applied to such  focus, as if there was a centre or ‘me’ to whom such story made sense. This is the ‘Game’ of life.
All earthly sounds are arising in the knowing, but focus is only on sounds, as if conversation of two people, which is experienced as their meanings of these sounds, for purpose of memory, giving rise to time, making feel ‘memory’ contents are of a time element called ‘past’ and anticipation through imagination are contents of a time element called future, and the play keeps arising as if, continuing in ‘Time’.
So, all there is knowing, seemingly of contents, as if contents of knowing were reality, and separate from the knowing of it, itself.
So reality of objects, arising in the ‘knowing’ or the so called ‘world’, apart from a ‘mere’ knowing of it, cannot be, as there isn’t anything  really there 'to be objective' or real. Unreal also cannot be, as this attribute is also to something that is. So it calls for a new word called ‘neither’ which basically means ‘apparent’ or ‘as if’ but ‘not’. Just a feel, about as if things were. So relax. Take it easy. Nothing is happening. All just IS.

86. Peace of Mind


Peace of mind

What 'you' are ‘as a separate character’ is your 'state of mind'.

Analyse the following sentences :

I am angry - my state of mind is in agitation. Anger is more a state of mind than a state of the body.

I am happy - happiness is more a state of mind than the state of the body.

Similarly, I am bored, I am lonely, I am depressed, I am deceived ( the belief that I had in mind was proven wrong about something or some one), etc, including the statement that I am feeling very peaceful today.

Also fear and courage is a state of mind. Also feeling guilty, not guilty etc etc is a feeling in the mind.

The peace is a state of mind, when there is no defending the fiction that a character to a body is real. What disturbs the peace are the thoughts that are storming about, trying to maintain and defend a separate self.. The thoughts move like ripples in the stillness. Some are small or subtle and some are very big and can sway the body like in 'sweating' out of fear.

There are times when there are no thoughts. One feels peaceful. The stillness of the mind is very soothing. This state of mind- we think- is very rare, as long as there is a feel of the ‘me’, but actually it is the natural state of mind, in the absence of the ‘me sense’.

Even before the thought appears that- I am an entity inside the body- this state is very peaceful. Then somewhere and somehow a thought has been believed that I am a person inside this body. With this arises that all are persons inside their bodies. So we have very many bodies with so many persons all as an impression in our mind.

When we analyse and find that -the somebody that we think we are- is actually only  a conviction of the mind about this imagination. We can analyse this understanding, that -our behavior - is simply -an expression of the state of mind. What I am 'is the mind' and my behavior is an expression of the state of mind.

The mind by itself is like the still pond. All thoughts are in their Zero state. In this stage there is no thought indicating that we exist as a body-mind entity. We in fact identify ourselves with no-body or no-thing. Also all thoughts that arise, must arise in relation to assuming that we are someone or something so that it feels like our thoughts.

Normally thoughts just happen to us and are impersonal. like - that the sound of a car passing by. etc. However some thoughts come with a prefix or postfix relating the thought to another thought that I am this body-mind, in short called 'me'. 'Me' is a short form for a thought that suggests that 'I am' this body-mind entity.

When we think that we are some- one or something, we are also forced to think the same of everybody and everything because that becomes relative.. But since all of this is only in thoughts, we surrender that this is a wrong assumption without any evidence and remain in stillness where our identity or the state of mind is still as if we were no-one or no-thing. In this state we also see others as no-one's or no-things and only as an expression of that energy that is responsible for creating the appearance of all that is seen, heard, thought etc..

Seeing ourselves as some-one or something is separation from anyone and anything. Seeing the no-one or nothing ( the 'shunya' or the zero ) in us and all the creation including ourselves, anyone and anything -is accepting the common essence of all appearance and thoughts as that same essence which has no- oneness or no-thingness. This is an energy termed as life. All that appears is this energy or so called expression of this energy or essence or life.

Such truth is experienced when the mind is still or without a thought, which is also a state where objects and time lose their 'separate independent ' reality and we experience the same no-oneness or no-thingness or tranquility within. The inside of us becomes this essence which is also seen as the outside of us. The clarity of wholeness is then revealed as that wholeness which includes all but not as some-ones and some-things. This wholeness reveals the no-oneness and no-thingness of anyone and anything as if the movement of the whole universe is one single movement or expression of life that includes all forms or objects and thoughts.    

Peace of mind is something that comes about when attachment to 'me sense' and outside objects of the world fall away and this is the realisation that there is no-one home to be realised and life just IS. You cant make it happen because there is no-one who do this making. It just happens, like all else happens, as if this world.
